Vanilla Cup Cakes Recipe

 

Enjoyed by both adults as well as the kids!

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups SR flour
1 cup custard powder
4 eggs
250g margarine
1 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 tsp bicarb soda
1 cup milk
2 cups caster sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Method

Preheat oven to 190- 200°C. Cream together butter and sugar. Place remaining ingredients into the mixing bowl and mix on low speed until combined. Increase speed to high for 3-5 minutes until mixture is pale and fluffy. Spoon into muffin cases or cake tin. For little cakes bake for approx 20 minutes or 50 minutes for a large cake. Makes about 24 muffin size cakes.

    i didnt really like this cake, i fort the sugar was tooo much so it burnt the edges, and came out quite oily.
    The idea of it was nice but wont be making this again!
