Really simple to make and fills you up for ages, try this easy spaghetti carbonara recipe.
300g (10 1/2 oz) Spaghetti
6 slices Smoked Rindless Back Bacon, cut into strips
1pkt (200g) Half Fat Soft Cheese with Garlic and Herbs
150ml (5fl oz) milk
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Coriander or parsley for decoration
1. Cook the spaghetti according to packet directions. Drain.
2. Meanwhile, cook the strips of bacon until crispy. Add the soft cheese and gently melt.
3. Gradually add the milk until you have a smooth sauce. Season with freshly ground black pepper.
4. Toss the sauce into the spaghetti until it is evenly coated. Serve sprinkled with torn coriander or parsley leaves.
