Simple recipe, great to make with the kids and no cooking involved!!
397g condensed milk
300g milk cooking chocolate
Mini marshmallows (I use about 100g but this is up to you – you can have more or less)
shortbread biscuits (I use about 8-10 biscuits).
Microwave the milk chocolate (taking care not to over cook).
Once melted put in the condensed milk and stir well.
Break up the biscuits and add to mixture – stir well.
Add marshmallows and again stir well.
Transfer to a tray (I use a small deep oven tray lined with greaseproof paper).
Refridgerate (I leave it overnight to set before eating and keep in the fridge to store)
Serves: I cut into squares and usually get between 15-20 squares.
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: Leave overnight to set but no need to cook.
