Really yummy and really good for you, you will be sure to enjoy this seafood carbonara

Ingredients

40-50g smoked salmon trimmings
16 large prawns
2 x portions spaghetti/linguine (small portion = the size of 5 pence piece)
1 tub dolmio stir-in carbonara (150g)
4 tspn itaian hard grated cheese
black pepper

Method

boil pasta as per instructions,

fry the prawns and about half the salmon in fry light for 2 minutes

when spaghetti ready, drain and mix with the salmon and prawns in the pan

add the tub of sauce, the rest of the salmon and heat gently for just a minute

mix, serve with black pepper and 2 tspns each italian hard grated cheese

Serves: 2
Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 5 mins
