Delicious as an hors-d’oeuvre – shown to me by my French friend Sophie
Ingredients
4 Prunes d’Agen
4 pieces of uncooked bacon (cut to 1 inch x 3 inch slice)
4 Cocktail sticks
Method
Roll piece of bacon around each prune and fasten with cocktail stick
Place on baking tray and brush with oil
Bake in oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
Serves: 1
Preparation time: 5 mins
Cooking time: 25 mins

You could also use cherries as a variation. The savoury salty bacon and the sweet cherries provide a “taste explosion” very yummy
I will have to cut the bacon up very small for cherrries but will give it a try, thanks
