Ingredients
250g mince
1 onion diced
1 tblspn oil
1 tspn salt
1/2 tspn dried oregano
1/2 tspn garlic powder
1/4 tspn ground pepper
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup egg mayonaise
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup grated swiss cheese
1 sheet puff pastry
Method
Lightly grease a 23cm pie plate place puff pastry on plate and trim edges. Blind bake pastry in 210C oven.
Reduce oven. To 180C
Heat oil in frying pan and cook mince and onion until cooked and soft. Remove from heat stir in salt, oregano, garlic powder and pepper.
In a bowl beat the egg, milk and mayonnaise together and stir in cheeses. Stir into the meat mixture and combine well. Pour mixture into pie case and bake 40-45 minutes or until firm and golden.
