Mango Smoothie Recipe

 


There isn’t much that is more refreshing on a hot day than a cool mango smoothie! Take a look at this great recipe and make yourself the a healthy, great tasting drink.

Ingredients

1 mango diced
1 banana
1/2 cup yogurt
1 cup orange juice
6 ice cubes

Method

Blend the ice cubes in the blender until they are well crushed. Next add the rest of the ingredients and blend until the mixture is smooth. Enjoy!

    I like smoothies, especially mango smoothie!!!
    But the one thing that puts me off is– if it is a mango smoothie, why the hell does it have banana and orange juice in it????????

    you put banana in to give the thickness – and because it is cheap. You put orange in to balance the acidity otherwise it will be too sharp – and because it is cheap!

    it’s call smoothie coz inspite of diff.ingredients it gives a balancing taste, so just have chill pill

    exactly AM take a chill pill it is to give a balancing taste and because it is cheap isn’t that right rachel.
