a yummy sticky snack, try this great flapjack recipe! Flapjacks are a great way of getting the day started or just to have as a lunchtime treat. They will keep you filled up for hours and stay good for days – what is keeping you from trying this flapjack recipe?
Ingredients
175g butter
125g demerara sugar
2table spoons of golden syrup
275g rolled oats
Method
1. put butter, and sugar into a sauce pan until butter melts
2.add oats
3.mix the oats in then add golden syrup
4.mix some more
5.put into a greased tin and put into the oven at 160C for 30-35 mins
6. enjoy your flapjacks!
Serves: 8
Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 35 mins

PUT SOME CRUSHED ALMONDS AND PISTACIO’S IN MINE,YUMMY CRUSHED ON VANILLA ICECREAM.
I made them with a bit of honey added and also half the oats ground down, they are gorgeous!!!

I made these for my sisters sleepover, still cooking now, but looking forward to eating them
it was very nice but it needs more syrup to it and it need to say how to cook it with a fan oven because mine got burned around the edges

making them now,im adding choclate to the top of mine when cooled
there lusher than lush
I used a fan oven to cook mine and then I took them out 5 mins earlier. Seem okay taste good. Hoping they will be better when cooled down;)
