Fat Free Flapjack Recipe

A Flapjack recipe that does NOT include any added fat


200g Oats
20g Soy Flour
60g Brown Sugar
1 tsp mixed spice
80g mixed dried fruit (sultanas, cranberries, blueberries)
50g honey (2 tbsp)
150g Soy milk
Olive Oil (to grease the tray)


Put the oven on to heat at 220 degrees c.

Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix together thoroughly.

Using a piece of kitchen towel, lightly grease the recesses of a 12 piece muffin tray with the olive oil.

Place a large tablespoon of the mixture into each of the recesses so that it just comes over the edge.

Place the tray in the centre of the oven and bake for 15 minutes.

Leave to cool for at least and hour and then remove the flapjack bites from the tray.

Enjoy with a nice hot drink!

Cooking time: 15 mins
