Drop Scones Recipe
quick, easy, kids and adults love them
Ingredients
1 cup self raising flour,
1 cup milk,
2 teaspoons sugar,
1 pinch salt,
1 egg
Method
Mix all together to make a smooth batter, not runny.
Drop by tablespoon onto hot buttered griddle {heavyweight frypan).
Turn when golden brown.
Serve with jam and cream/ lemon and sugar, vegemite,
