Crispy Chicken and Tortilla Bake Recipe

Simple chicken dish for those who are often on the run. This chicken recipe can be made in less than 20 minutes.


1 500g jar Mustard And White Wine Sauce
450g (1lb) cooked chicken, cut into pieces
1 bag Tortilla Chips
25g (1oz) Mature Cheddar Cheese, grated
green salad or green vegetables to serve


1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C (350°F) Gas Mark 4.

2. Mix together the sauce and chicken. Place in an oven-proof casserole. Top with the tortilla chips.

3. Sprinkle over the Cheddar cheese and place in the pre-heated oven. Cook for approximately 15-20 minutes until piping hot. Serve with a crisp fresh salad or green vegetables.
