Cornish Ham Pudding

Ingredients

12 slice of bread
1pint milk
fresh tomatoes
tin tomatoes
tin Cornish ham x2
6 eggs

Method

preheat oven to 180′c…Butter 6 slice of bread. using all
the bread, make ham + fresh tomato sandwiches buttering the outside of
the non – buttered bread. Quarter the sandwiches and butter the tips
of the quartered pyramids and arrange in a greased baking tray int he
pyramid shape. Measure out 1 pint of milk into a jug. Then crack 6
eggs into another jug and mix with a wooden spoon, DO NOT WHISK. Then
add eggs to the milk and mix once more with a wooden spoon until like
a custard. Spoon on a thin layer of tinned tomatoes all over the
pudding. Then top with the egg + milk custard. Put into oven and keep
a wee eye on it. enjoy!

Cooking time: 50 mins
