Chocolate Cookies
These a really nice and a great quick snack
Ingredients
2oz of butter
6oz of self raising flour
2oz of coca powder
2 table spoons of milk
1 beaten egg
2oz of granulated suger
2oz of golden caster sugar
Method
Mix the cocoa powder and flour in a bowl then add all the other ingredients and mix till a soft mixture. Then put 6 spoons of the cookie mixture on a baking tray.
