½ cup milk of choice
2 handfuls of fresh spinach
1 cup prepared strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup cantaloupe chunks
1 teaspoon grated ginger root
1 tablespoon dry MySeeds Chia Seeds
1 lime zested & juiced (or 2 tablespoons lime juice.)
1. In your blender place the milk and spinach. Blend to chop the leaves to a tiny consistency.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend.
3. Pour your smoothie into a glass & you’re ready to enjoy! It’s just that easy.
This smoothie tastes fresh and fruity thanks to the melon while ginger adds a little zing. (You won’t even notice the spinach) When you put chia seeds in a smoothie, they don’t change the taste of it (chia seeds have no flavor) but the soluble fiber helps you feel full all morning. Fight hunger AND get your greens with this delicious smoothie.
