Cheese Plate Recipe

brilliant for the end of a meal or just simply for a lunch.

Ingredients

1 block of cheddar (optional)
1 block of edam (optional)
1 block of 5 counties (optional)
1 bunch of red gapes (washed)
1 bunch of green gapes (washed)
a slice each of thick brown/white bread
serve with 1 pot of butter

Method

slice the cheese into thick triangles and place around the sides of the plate.

cut 2-3 cm of bread and place also around the plate in front of the cheese. place a large tbls of butter in the small pot and put in the middle of the plate, then place the grapes around the butter and serve with a knife per person.
