Blueberry Smoothie Recipe

 

Blueberry smoothies are great all year round, but even better when blueberries are in season.  Take a look at this great healthy recipe.

Ingredients

175ml fresh apple juice
120ml natural yoghurt
1 chopped banana
170g blueberries

Method

1. Add all of the ingredients into a blender or smoothie maker and blend until the mixture is smooth, serve immediately.
