hmm, we should probably have one on here, but don't as yet….here is one taken from Waitrose which looks pretty nice

Hi, I went for a curry the other day with some friends and had a Lamb Madras for the first time – it was absolutely great and now I want to try and make it myself.
Does anyone know of a simple recipe I can use to make this?
