The recipe was developed to accomodate my love of sweet healthy snacks and being allergic to dairy products.
Ingredients
Method
1. Melt butter, sugar and golden syrup over low heat in a saucepan. Wait
until most of the sugar dissolves before adding any dry ingredients.
2. Add spices, constantly stirring
3. Add oats gradually, until all is mixed in properly.
4. Add Choc Chips, raisins, coconut.
5. Empty into a greased baking sheet and spread layer out.
6. Bake at 170deg for about 20 mins.
7. Cut into bars before they are cooled.
8. Enjoy without the guilt!
